Freeze your card via your bank portal to avoid any possible problem during the transportation. Mail us your current plastic card to our lab via courier service of your convenience. Once the order is placed, you will receive message with our lab address.

If you choose not to mail us your current plastic card, you will be provided the instructions to transfer the EMV chip from your plastic card to metal card. Note that, you will not be able to transfer the magnetic stripe data yourself.

After receiving your card, our team will prepare your metal card and transplant EMV chip and transfer magnetic stripe data to your new metal card. You will be sent the photo of your new metal card.

Within 1 working day, your new metal card along with your plastic card will be dispatched back for your address with our trusted courier partner. You will receive update with the tracking number.
